Bathing in the Visceral NOW. Home is less of a place, hardly a destination, and more of a state of mind. The fluctuations of direction life has taken this summer have increased to the point where one may see me clutching to a wooden steering wheel adrift in the ocean. But I’m grinning from ear to ear, just happy to be in the ocean.

That’s where I’ve been. At the Ocean, In the Ocean. I definitely closed some doors that had been mistakenly left open many years ago. *breathing a sigh of relief* And have been kickin’ it on the Coast, enjoying the waves and sunshine. Practicing Yoga in the dunes and on the beach, breathing in the fresh coastal air.

Grateful every moment.

As another cycle is coming into completion, I am breathing in the embodied realization of non-attachment. Birthing a business, building credentials, completing long-awaited projects, and nourishing my own healing in the day to day is E N O U G H.

I hope you can feel this reflected in you.

You are enough. I am enough. We are enough.

Bathing in the Visceral Now takes a whole lot of release and a lot of breathing. So, that’s what I do mostly these days. Breath and release. Just letting it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

You Never Know

What Life Will throw

So, REMEMBER to

LET IT GO.

When we can Pause, Reflect, and Consider- we are much more capable of handling whatever that next wave of life throws at us. I’ll spare you the personal details.

In the broad scheme of things, as we transition into another birthing cycle, I urge you to feel the expansion of your own breath as your body stretches around it. Our bodies are vessels for space. Sometimes, when you remember to remember, you can feel it grow, feeling your body letting it all go, and making space for more Love to Flow in and through and out… Just like the waves of the Ocean come in, then return to the whole, so too does our breath come into our bodies then return to the whole with each release.
